Suitable applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR management or leadership roles.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) — fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong understanding of LMRA, SIO, MOL procedures, payroll systems, and recruitment processes.
- Proven ability in strategic planning and policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and legal HR practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
